Our Christmas Hams are hand crafted instore it takes us over 5 days & 12 hours of Smoking using a gluten free recipe which we have used now for many years to create The Butchery on Brunker Christmas ham. We support local farmers by only using 100% Aussie pork to make our hams. 

Our Hams are ready to eat but you can Glaze our hams to infuse a bit more flavour to suit your taste buds and serve warm.

kg minimum weight Ham will serve up to 15 people (with no other meats being served) but remember it's great to have leftovers in the fridge for the Holiday season
